3. Payments and Subscription Fees

Fees: Access to certain parts of the Services may require payment of subscription or usage fees. All fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods or unused features of the Services.
Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including recurring subscription charges, taxes, and any other charges incurred.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the pricing of the Services at any time. Changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

6.1 Confirmation of Rights:

Own all rights, title, and interest in the submitted logo or design, or
Have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use and upload the design.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content:

Does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Is free of inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

6.3 Content Removal:
We reserve the right to remove or reject any submitted design that violates these Terms or the rights of others.

7. Revenue Distribution and Usage Rights

7.1 License to Use:
By submitting your design, you grant MyStage LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, and use your design to create NFTs (“Stickers”). This includes bundling, customizing, and distributing the resulting Stickers.

7.2 Revenue Sharing:
Revenue from the sale of Stickers will be distributed as follows:

Stickers Sold Directly: 80% to the uploading account; 20% to MyStage LLC.
Bundled Stickers Sold by MyStage: 80% to MyStage LLC; 20% split among organizations represented by the Stickers in the bundle.

Note: Gas fees (blockchain transaction costs) will be deducted prior to revenue sharing.

7.3 Resale Royalties:
When Stickers are resold on NFT marketplaces:

4% of the resale value will be credited to the original uploading account (e.g., the band account).
1% of the resale value will be credited to MyStage LLC.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyStage LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
