MyStage Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using MyStage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

  3. License and App Access

    We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction or exploitation without written consent is prohibited.

  4. Payments and Billing

    Some features require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change at any time.

  5. No Refunds

    All sales are final. No refunds or credits are provided for any reason.

  6. User-Generated Content

    You may upload content (“User Content”). You warrant that:

    • You have all rights to post the content.
    • Your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
    • Your content complies with laws and these Terms.
    • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute your content.

  7. Responsibility and Release of Liability

    You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree to indemnify MyStage Music, Inc. for any claims related to your content.

  8. Content Moderation

    • Filtering: AI scans for inappropriate material, which is then manually reviewed.
    • Reporting: Users can report content via in-app tools. Violating content may be removed.
    • Account Actions: We may ban or suspend users based on behavior and IP monitoring.

  9. Prohibited Content

    • Hate speech, threats, explicit or illegal content
    • Defamatory or harassing materials
    • Content violating laws or third-party rights

  10. Blocking Abusive Users

    Users may block others to prevent interaction or content visibility.

  11. Intellectual Property

    All trademarks, content, and logos belong to MyStage Music, Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  12. Privacy and COPPA

    We comply with COPPA and do not collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

  13. Analytics

    We use third-party tools to analyze App usage. These tools have their own policies.

  14. Third-Party Data Processors

    By using the App, you consent to data processing by third-party service providers.

    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to any amount you paid for the App.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyStage Music, Inc. and affiliates for any claims arising from your use of the App.

  18. Arbitration

    Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Outagamie County, WI, per AAA rules. Class actions are waived.

  19. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law.

  20. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access without notice for any reason. Relevant provisions will survive termination.
